HR Manager

Job Description:


The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department and ensure that all HR operations are in line with business goals. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.

  • Develop and implement performance management processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure their effective communication to staff.

  • Provide support and guidance to the management team on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
