Job Description:

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives. You will work to create mutually beneficial relationships with external organizations, driving business growth and expanding the company's reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with company goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure successful partnership implementation.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet agreed objectives and deliver value.

• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to ongoing relationship management.

• Develop strategies to leverage partnerships for brand enhancement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Partnerships Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of business development and strategic partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Experience with partnership management tools and CRM software is a plus.
